Our Tile and Grout Cleaning Service Includes:
Pre-Inspection of areas to be cleaned with the customer explaining all costs as well as expected results.
Dry Soil Removal with broom and vacuum.
Place protective Corner Guards prior to bringing our hoses into your home to protect finishes on wall corners
Pre-Treatment with a safe and effective detergent to loosen trapped soils and spots.
Scrubbing with Grout Brush and Mechanical scrubber (in areas where it's safe to do so).
Soil Extraction with hot water and pressure using a "spinner" tool which rinses the floor and sucks up the water at the same time.
(NOTE: All waste is taken out of your home into our truckmounted cleaning system.)
Corners are scrubed/cleaned by hand with a smaller tool.
For larger areas, we use a high-speed fan to dry the floor being cleaned.
Optional Grout Sealer can be applied.
Post-Inspection and Approval by you.
