Over the last few months, we have made the following improvements:
2011:
- For Winter 2011, we now utilize Door Guards which insulate your home from cold outdoor air while the hose from our truck are in your home.
- We now have backup sensors on our vans to help protect the safety of our clients and their childer as well as property.
- We have enhanced our insurance coverage to protect the value of client property
- Upgraded our Air Duct Cleaning Equipment and Procedures to provide higher quality service than ever before
- We have upgraded our Dryer Vent Cleaning equipment to make the process faster and more effective
- We now have a full-time staff person for answering phone calls. This ensures that when you call on us, we can respond to you in the fastest possible time.
2010:
- We are now sending reminder cards at regular intervals to help you make sure your carpets and upholstery are maintained on a regular basis.
- We now offer Video Inspection before and after the cleaning of Air Ducts.
- We now reserve a section of hose for carpet cleaning that is not allowed to touch the ground. Many carpet cleaners drag hose from the truck through the ground into your home.
- We can now offer carpet cleaning in High-Rise apartments and Secure Buildings with our new portable equipment.
- Kelly Lewis Jr. has recently been certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration) in the following areas
Over the last year, we made these improvemenets:
- We have implemented a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. We have always backed up our work, but it's a little more formal. We want to make sure everyone who uses our services is satisfied with the value they receive.
- We now pre-vacuum when cleaning residential carpets and upholstery. Since over 70% of the soil carpets and fabrics is dry, this leads to a higher quality cleaning. Removing dry soils with our powerful vacuum allows our cleaning solutions to work more effectively.
- We have upgraded the tool we use for carpet cleaning to a "high-flow" tool allowing us to deliver hotter water to the carpet which results in more cleaning power and faster drying times.
- We have also upgraded the tool we use for upholstery to one that also delivers more cleaning power and much faster drying times on upholstered furniture.
- We now carry a high velocity fan with us that is specifically designed to dramatically speed up drying after carpet cleaning. Many times, carpet is dry before we leave your home.
- We now leave a bottle of carpet spotter with all our clients. This gives you something to defend your carpet with when life's little mishaps occur.
- We launched our website. We are continuously updating with information that we think our clients will find useful. I encourage you to checkout the "We Recommend" tab on the left. These are other businesses we've had good experience with and feel comfortable recommending to others. We've also included useful links such as the Spot Removal link that takes you to "Spot Solver" sponsored by CRI (the carpet manufacturer's trade association).
- We upgraded our computer system in October. This allows us to capture more accurate address information and do a more accurate job of scheduling. This helps us always arrive at the appointed time. Our new computer system will also allow us to send customers service reminders when they want them (6mo., 12mo., 18mo. etc...).
- We have updated our pricing and published it. This allows you to know what price to expect before you even call us. Our goal is to make our pricing clear for our clients. We are confident that our prices represent an excellent value to our customers. We are not the cheapest or the most expensive cleaning service in the area. However, we do think we are the best value. It is our goal to deliver the absolute best cleaning services available to our clients at any price.
- We purchased a camera that allows us to inspect the interior of air ducts to ensure that we have gotten all the debris out of them.
- We now offer Tile & Grout Cleaning and Sealing. Due to client demand we have been providing this service since early May with excellent results.
- We purchased new "Low Grain" Dehumidifiers for emergency drying. When you have unwanted water due to a pipe bursting, drain backup, or flooding, this equipment will allow us to get your carpet dry fast. Getting your home dry faster will save you money by saving your carpet and other furnishings. Drying faster will also save you money by shaving days off fan rentals.
- We recently upgrade our Air Duct Cleaning equipment. We are now using a more effecting rapidly rotating brush with a more powerful vacuum than before for the best results.
